As we made our way through the mountains of Chiang Mai Provence to Wachirathan Waterfall in northern Thailand, we stopped off to visit a tiny village belonging to the Karen Hill Tribes. The Karen are famous for their women with elongated necks bound with gold rings. Although we didn't get to see any giraffe women while wandering between their bamboo stilt houses, but we did get to see how they live.

These photographs were taken with my Canon EOS 5D Mark IV and the extraordinary Canon EF 35mm f/1.4 II.
