Laghi di Fusine

After driving south through Austria on their awful motorway system (basically 200 miles of rumble-strip), I cut across a bite-sized chunk of Italy on my way to Slovenia. Whilst there, I stopped off to check out Laghi di Fusine, which was beautiful, but the light was ruined by the thunderstorm that followed me the entire way, so my photos were all a bit underwhelming.

These photographs were taken with my Canon EOS 5D Mark IV and the extraordinary Canon 35 mm f/1.4 L II USM .
